Last updated September 13, 2026 · applies to the SignedPaid app and signedpaid.com
SignedPaid helps one-person trade businesses send quotes, collect e-signatures, invoice and get paid. This policy explains what we store and why. We keep it short because we keep the data short.
When you use “say the job”, your phone turns speech into text on the device or through Apple’s or Google’s speech services under their terms. The resulting text is sent to our server and to Anthropic’s Claude API to draft line items. We do not send audio to our servers. The text is stored with the quote so you can edit it later.
Quote and invoice links (signedpaid.com/q/… and /i/…) are private links that only work for whoever has them. Opening one records that it was viewed. The Pay button opens the payment page you configured (for example Square, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal); we never see or store card numbers.
Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat, which stores an anonymous purchase record tied to your account so we know whether Pro is active. We do not receive your payment details.
We do not sell data, we do not show ads inside the app, and we do not use your customers’ information for anything except showing it back to you and to them.
Data is stored on our servers in the United States/European Union region provided by our hosting partner, encrypted in transit. Backups are kept for 30 days.
You can delete your account and all its data from Settings in the app, or by emailing hello@signedpaid.com from the address on your account. Deletion completes within 30 days; signed quotes may be retained in anonymised form where a law requires a record of the agreement.
signedpaid.com may use the Meta pixel to measure advertising. It records page views and sign-ups; it does not receive your email from us.
